5 Minute Lemon Cream Pie

1/4 cup water
1 pk (4 serving size) sugar free lemon flavor gelatin
2 6oz containers fat free lemon yogurt
1 8oz tub reduced fat, non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
In microwave safe measuring cup, heat water on high for 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved.
In a large bowl whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish as desired (sliced strawberries, raspberries). Store in refrigerator.
