Amber’s Healthy Shrimp Scampi

1 bag of frozen raw shrimp (aprox. 51-60 ct)
1-2 Tbs olive oil (EVOO)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4-1/2 tsp Italian season- NO salt

Thaw shrimp in water and peel. Drain well. Heat over medium heat, add shrimp. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic. Stir often. Cook until all the shrimp turn pink, approximately 7 minutes.
