Easy Chicken And Veggies

4 oz Chicken (or any lean protein)
1-2 cups any vegetable
Olive Oil Spray
Ms. Dash or salt-free seasoning
Spray pan thoroughly
Place lean protein in bottom of pan
Place veggies on top of protein
Season with salt-free seasoning
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until done (about 20 minutes) Serve when done and enjoy!
