Easy Going Southwestern Fajita

fajita

4 oz lean chicken or steak (or 2 oz of each)
1 cup Southwest veggies (mixed yellow and white corn, multicolored bell peppers, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions, black beans)
Olive Oil Spray
Ms. Dash or salt-free seasoning
Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas

Spray pan thoroughly
Place lean protein in bottom of pan
Place veggies on top of protein
Season with salt-free seasoning
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until done (about 20
minutes) When done, place into tortillas. Add salsa, avocado, low-fat sour cream. Enjoy!
