Healthy Tacos

2 lbs lean hamburger (drained, washed – chili powder for seasoning)
20 taco shells (wide shells – 130 cals per 2)
2 c cheese – (1c American 1c mozzarella) American mixed with mozzarella (mozzarella makes it less in sodium and calories)
Homemade Salsa – (1/4 onion, 3 cans no salt tomatoes (drain 2 cans and just add tomatoes), jalapenos – mixed with blender) 4 tbsp of salsa on each taco
4c shredded lettuce mixed together with fresh shredded spinach
Preparation: After meet has been drained and seasoned, spread mixture among 10 taco shells layer with meet on bottom, lettuce, cheese, and salsa on top.
Servings 10
Calories: 175-250 cals per 2 tacos
Add: Add sour cream and guacamole to add extra flavor.
