Homemade Portobello Mozzarella Pizza

2 large Portobello Mushrooms (removing middle stem of mushroom)
(Optional) 4 oz lean chicken, steak, or hamburger (2 oz of each)
1 cup low-sodium spaghetti or pizza sauce (using half on each mushroom)
1/2 cup multicolored bell peppers, red peppers
1c mozzarella cheese (using 1/2c on each)
Layer mushrooms with ingredients with peppers on top
Place on BBQ grill or in oven (450 degrees)
Cook for 30 minutes
Enjoy! (really tastes like pizza without all the fat and calories- YUM!)
Makes 2-4 serving
